Rep London is a three year employability and volunteering programme which will leave a legacy of young people who will thrive in education and employment through the development of key skills, raised aspirations and the acquisition of community/business skills. The programme will work with schools across the Host Boroughs and provide a unique package of private sector, public sector and cultural modules. Represent London is working with some of the best blue-chip ELBA member companies to deliver modules including Citi, Deutsche Bank, Societe Generale, UBS, and Qualcomm. Represent London is supported by National Lottery funding through the Olympic Lottery Distributor.

The young people taking part in Rep London are being prepared to be able to provide a range of practical and cultural services to visitors in London during Sports Jams and at Games time as volunteers. There will be three Sports Jams during 2011 and 5 during 2012. These events are part of In the Parks and are neighbourhood style festivals that will introduce and increase sporting participation to young people in the 5 Host boroughs.
