Allen & Overy offers a module that focuses on negotiation skills. Lawyers use their negotiation skills everyday to reach a positive outcome for their clients; managing conflict and negotiate with others successfully is also important in many other roles within our business. During the workshop students will use role plays to understand what negotiation means, how they can apply the golden rules of negotiation and how to feel confident to negotiate successfully for a positive outcome.
